The signs are all there: shorter days with really deep pink sunsets, heavy dew on the morning grass, Monarch butterflies heading in a southwesterly direction and the “apple man” at your front door.” The Monarchs are already passing through our area on the way to Mexico and almost there but will be be hanging out here for awhile enjoying our butterfly plants. It is still Summer in Texas and will be till the end of November. I am soo jealous and soo looking forward to our stay with ya’ll and seeing a fall with a change in the color of the leaves on the trees and the foliage.
